Great blog Deb. When one comes to the realization that they can't change what has just happened (hiring of a new supervisor),that they have to change themselves. Am I going to jump on the train and ride it or am I getting off at the next station and hope that it will be better? I think I'll try to adapt and give 100% to make life easier on all concerned parties.

Thanks Uma;
I think dreaming and planning are so important...otherwise we are marching along, with our head down, and we realize we are on the wrong road.

What a thought-provoking post! I love it! As a Certified Dream Coach, I too am guided by those very same questions.

I listened to a webinar by Neale Donald Walsch, author of "Conversations with God" last night and he focused on these 3 questions as well.

You're so right. As long as we hold those questions close to our hearts, we will be guided to what is true for us.

As I was reading this I realized that tears were running down my face. We all try to have the guidance and wisdom in us to say the right thing when the time comes. This has helped today, thank you. BJ's determination and fight is what we need to hear...I wonder how many others we pass in life have their own story and we walk right by. I'm going to go and read this again.

This article, as many of your articles are, is thought-provoking. I find new definitions of "happy" each day. . .i.e. January is now my favorite month, and it makes me happy because the holidays are over. My home, and thankful as I am to have one, makes me incredibly happy. My job (not-so-much), but am happy to have one. And, I'm blessed with a grandson that gives new meaning to the word happy. This article made me stop for just a moment and really think about happiness. And subsequent to getting this far, I just talked to a district court clerk - I am now momentarily very "unhappy" -- see how this goes. :)
